Concrete delivery pump truck is the use of pressure along the pipe concrete continuous delivery of machinery. Consisting of a pump body and a conveying pipe. According to the structural form is divided into piston-type, extrusion-type, hydraulic diaphragm. The pump body is arranged on the chassis of an automobile, and then equipped with retractable or flexed cloth rods to form a pump truck.

The concrete pump truck is reformed on the chassis of a truck. It is equipped with a movable and power transmission device, a pumping and mixing device, a distributing device and other auxiliary devices.

The power of the concrete pump truck transmits the power of the engine to the hydraulic pump group or the rear axle through the power transfer box, and the hydraulic pump pushes the piston to drive the concrete pump to work. Then, the concrete is transported to a certain height and distance by using the distributing rod and the conveying pipe on the pump truck.

In addition to driving the pump truck, the engine of the concrete pump truck is also used to drive the working devices such as the pumping mechanism, the mixing mechanism and the material distributing mechanism.

The power of each working device of concrete pump truck comes from automobile engine.

When the concrete pump truck works, the power of the automobile engine is transferred to the transfer box through the gearbox, and then transferred to the hydraulic pump or the chassis rear axle after the transfer box switch.

When the driver gives the order to switch to the pumping position, the pneumatic solenoid valve controls the cylinder on the transfer box to push the shifting fork, which then pushes the separating gear to switch to the pumping position, while cutting off the power to the rear axle, keep the car in a parking position. Instead, switch to the driving position.

Now the control of the pump car is basically achieved by the remote control.
